The Soap Making Plodder Machine is composed of two single screw shaft machines and adopts their own closed deceleration transmission system. The length-to- -diameter ratio of the extended cylinder and screw can reach 1:9, which can effectively squeeze the soap and enhance the compactness of the soap. The upper screw strip is equivalent to a single refining machine to make soap particles in vacuum. The lower part is the strip, and the soap grain is compressed and extruded through the muzzle in the form of soap plodder.
