The cleaned chicken/duck eggs are transported to the die holes on the conveyor belt in sequence. When the eggs are transported to the breaking point, the eggshells are automatically cut open. Under the clamping device, the eggshells are separated from the break to both sides, and the egg yolk and egg white are separated. Flow out from the eggshell, in the egg yolk and egg white separation device, the egg white is separated and flows into a designated container, and the egg yolk flows into another container. This achieves complete separation of egg yolk and egg white. The eggshells fall into designated containers.
