High-efficiency Chocolate Ball Mill Fine Mill Slurry Circulation Equipment Mixing and Grinding Machine

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The combined use of a ball mill and a fine grinder combines the advantages of both grinding equipment, thereby shortening grinding time while ensuring chocolate quality. Ball mills, due to their short grinding time and excessively high speed, often fail to fully refine the chocolate, evaporate moisture, and remove off-flavors, resulting in poor-quality chocolate. Traditional scraper-type fine grinders, on the other hand, offer high-quality grinding, dehydration, deodorization, and sufficient refining time, but their grinding time is long and costs are high. Both types of equipment have their drawbacks, and their performance often fails to satisfy customers. We have successfully developed a ball mill-fine grinder combination, combining the advantages of both equipment. This reduces the grinding time per ton of chocolate to approximately 3-4 hours. Furthermore, the fine grinder's dehydration, deodorization, and refining functions ensure both high output and high chocolate quality.

 

 

Product Details

The ball mill-refining mill combination consists of five parts: a ball mill, a refining mill, a slurry circulation pump, a magnetic filter, and insulated slurry piping.
Chocolate raw materials (cocoa powder, cocoa butter, cocoa butter substitute, milk powder, sugar powder, etc.) are first fed into the refining mill for premixing. After premixing, the ball mill and slurry circulation pump are started, allowing the mixed raw materials to be transported from the refining mill to the ball mill for further refining. After refining in the ball mill, the materials are returned to the refining mill for further grinding and refining. This process is repeated multiple times until the final chocolate refining is complete.
The final ground chocolate is then transported to an insulated storage tank by a circulating slurry pump after its circulation path is changed via a three-way valve.
