OPERATION PROCESS
Step 1: Cocoa beans are roasted in Nuts roasting machine.Step 2: Put the roasted cocoa beans into the Peeling,sorting machine. Cocoa nibs are obtainedby peeling,
sorting and crushing.
Step 3: Grind the cocoa nibs into cocoa liquor through
Colloid mill.
Step 4: chocolate conching.
Step 5: The ground chocolate ingredients are kept by
stirring (the temperature can be adjusted at will), so thatthe chocolate has degassing, deodorizing, dewatering andpreventing the separation of the grout oilStep 6: Perform from the melting stage to the cooling stage.
