1. Washing and peeling machine
This machine is used to wash and peel potatoes with hard brushes or emery brush completely.
We use high quality brusher, brusher lenth is customized. The emery brush is used for hard-to-peel old potatoes.
First connect the machine to the power, open water pipes, and then Add potatoes to the hopper, about 3-5 minutes later, move the baffle at the outlet mouth , potatoes will be out automatically.
2. French fries cutting machine
This machine is used to cut potatoes into slices or strips to make potatoes chips or french fries.
Food grade 304 stainless steel made. Chips thickness is adjustable, french fries size is customized.
Switch on the power, put the peeled clean potatoes into the feed continuously, then they will be cut into chips or fries automatically.
3. Blanching machine
This machine is used to deactivate the activity of the oxidase, take off the starch.
Blanching process can keep potatoes' color and inner soft taste. The heating source: Gas/ Electricity/ Diesel.
Do the rinse and restrain enzyme activity, protect the color & flavor of potato chips. You can set the temperature based on your actual needs.
4. Dewatering machine
This machine is used to remove extra water after blanching.
The dewater time is adjustable.
Put the rinsed chips into the dewaterer for about two minutes ,then they can be dewatered.
5. Frying machine
This machine is used to fry chips and fries in short time.
Frying time and frying temperature can be adjusted. Heating source: Gas/Electricity
Heat the oil to setted temperature, then put the dehydrated potato chips or french fries into the frying machine.
6. Deoiling machine
This machine is used to remove extra oil after frying.
The de-oil time is adjustable.
put the fried chips into the De-oiling machine, then the chips will be ok for one minutes
7.Favoring machine
This machine is used to season potatp chips.
You can add condiment even liquid when seasoning.
put the de-oiled chips into the seasoning machine , adding spices according to the tastes of your choice, switch on the power, spices will be evenly add to the potato chips.
Frozen French Fries don't need to favoring, just packing and then freeze.
8. package machine
This machine is used to pack and seal bags.
