It consists of tempering center, cold water and hot water circulation system, including temperature sensor, solenoid valve, refrigeration system, heating system and electric box. The machine is electronic automatic control, the center is the vertical scraper tempering, chocolate pump will syrup into the tempering center continuously and evenly, according to the chocolate process technology, accurately adjust and control the temperature of each part of the tempering center, to ensure the stripping function. This machine can improve the quality of chocolate products by better stabilizing the quality of the crystals.
Chocolate Tempering Machine is the essential equipment to produce natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent (CBE) chocolate. This series set a special tempering procedure according to the forming rule of the chocolate paste crystals at different temperatures so as to strictly and automatically control the required chocolate paste temperature at each production process. This procedure ensures the quality of the chocolate with stronger flavor, smooth taste, good finishing as well as longer shelf life.
