The production process of sausage products:
Frozen meat cutting/grinding → Chopping and mixing → Sausage filling → Sausage Binding → Cooking/fumigation or smoking → Vacuum packing → Refrigeration
Equipment required for making sausage products:
Frozen meat slicer → Frozen meat grinder → Chopping machine → Vacuum stuffing machine → Hydraulic enema machine → Sausage tying machine  → Cooking and drying oven → Vacuum Packing Machine

Meat grinding machine
Function of grinding machine:
1.Relying on the screw to push the raw meat in the hopper box to the pre-cutting plate, the orifice plate and the reamer are relatively operated through the rotary extrusion of the screw, so that the raw meat is cut into granular shapes;
2.Through the different combinations of orifice plates, different meat pieces can be achieved ideally;

Stuffing mixing machine
Adopting a unique mixer to refine the fiber of the mixed meat and free the animal protein between the meat fibers to separate out, so as to ensure that the meat is mixed evenly and make it fluffy, and the added seasoning can be sufficient absorption is saturated to maintain the characteristics of looseness, freshness, tenderness and excellent taste.

 

Meat chopper
The meat chopping machine uses the cutting action of the high-speed rotation of the chopper to finely chop the main raw materials such as meat block, minced meat, and fat into meat stuffing or meat mash, while mixing other raw materials such as water, ice flakes, and auxiliary materials together.

Sausage filling + binding machine

Smoking oven
Meat smoker machine is made of stainless steel structure, good heat preservation effect, fast heating and energy saving, with the function of smoking, drying, steaming, baking, could satisfy different product process to cooking and sterilizing controlling panel can be customized into button type or PLC controlling screen.

 

Vacuum Packer
The vacuum packaging machine can automatically extract the air in the packaging bag, and complete the sealing process after reaching the predetermined vacuum degree.
