the baking part is with 2pcs baking stick at one time; it is made of aluminium stick coated Teflon or oak stick.
Will offer 1pcs aluminium stick coated Teflon and 1pcs oak stick;aluminium stick coated Teflon is used for making small Baumkuchen; oak stick is for making big Baumkuchen or Stuffing Baumkuchen. It depends on ur demand. If u want extra stick, price will be 100USD/stick.
Cooling part is with function of anti-deformation, made of stainless steel.
Cutting part is for cutting Baumkuchen into the size u need,cutting thickness can be adjusted.
