Operation process: 

 Step 1: Cocoa beans are roasted in Nuts roasting machine.
Step 2: Put the roasted cocoa beans into the Peeling, sorting machine. Cocoa nibs are obtainedby peeling, sorting and crushing.
Step 3: Grind the cocoa nibs into cocoa butter through Colloid mill.
Step 4: Cocoa butter is passed through Hydraulic press machine to separate oil.
Step 5: Obtain cocoa powder with a coarseness through Coarse crusher.
Step 6: Obtain cocoa powder of fineness through Fine crusher.

1.This equipment is mainly used for roasting peanuts, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, coffee beans, melon seeds and other granular nut foods. This machine uses electricity as the heat source and uses the principle of heat conduction and radiation to bake materials. During baking, the to-be-baked object is not in contact with the fireworks. During the baking process, the to-be-baked material is continuously pushed by the spiral sheet in the drum to form an uninterrupted rolling, so that it is heated evenly, which effectively guarantees the baking quality, color and taste.
